Which movie do you think had the biggest twist in the storyline - Something you never saw coming?

Dus had a nice twist (Jamwal)

Rang De Basanti - Shocked I didnt even think anyone would die in a movie like that - the first half was like a whole different movie.

Don - everyone keeps talkin abt this one - i saw that coming as soon as the switch happened.
